Your Role:

As our Social Media Manager, you are the digital face and voice of GRAMS! Your mission is to enchant our online audience with engaging content, showcasing our unique products, in-store experiences, and online specials. You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, creating magic on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Whip up daily content that rocks! We expect 1 captivating reel and 1 post per day that will make our followers' feeds shine.

  • Brand Ambassador: Be the charismatic persona that represents GRAMS online. Don't just manage our social media; be the heart and soul of our digital presence.

  • Engagement Wizardry: Build and nurture our community. Engage with followers, spark conversations, and create a culture that turns our audience into avid promoters of our brand.

  • Analytics and Growth: Keep an eye on the metrics, understand what makes our audience tick, and use those insights to grow our following and amplify our reach.
